Location and Rooms (★★★★☆): Hotel Pride Inn, nestled in the heart of Tapovan, Rishikesh, boasts a commendable location with proximity to key attractions. The rooms, undoubtedly, reflect a commitment to comfort and aesthetics. Well-appointed and spacious, they contribute positively to the overall stay experience. Parking and Access (★★☆☆☆): While the location is advantageous, the entry road to the parking area proves to be a significant challenge, especially for larger vehicles. The narrow road could pose difficulties for guests with big cars, making parking and maneuvering a bit of a hassle. This aspect might need attention to enhance the overall convenience for guests. Service Shortcomings (★★☆☆☆): One of the notable drawbacks during my stay at Hotel Pride Inn was the apparent shortage of staff. Surprisingly, there were no room boys available during my visit, and the manager seemed to be stretched thin, personally attending to various tasks. This shortage was evident in the service delivery, as the staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to delays and a lack of the usual efficiency one might expect. While the manager's involvement is appreciated to address guest needs, it was noticeable that their personal attention was required for many routine tasks that could be delegated to ensure a smoother operation. This managerial involvement, while indicative of dedication, impacted the overall guest experience as the manager was often occupied with day-to-day operations instead of focusing on guest satisfaction. Room for Improvement (★★★☆☆): Hotel Pride Inn has the potential to elevate its guest experience by addressing the challenges in staffing and streamlining managerial responsibilities. Adding more support staff, especially room boys, could alleviate the strain on the existing team and ensure a more seamless stay for guests.

Worst hotel with worst people managing booking. My holidays were spoiled because of them. I have prebooked and confirmed Executive room with mountain view. But when I reached there, they gave us ground floor room without any view. They are cheaters. Receptionist said talk to Ms Pragya who sits in Noida and does booking. Receptionist told we aren’t responsible for what she has committed to you. When I retorted, they said they will refund the money, knowing fully well that it was a weekend and rooms wont be available anywhere in Rishikesh. We were fooled by them. They encashed our helplessness. Don’t be fooled by the photos they have put on website. This place doesn’t even look like a hotel. Please avoid this hotel if you want happy holidays.
